RETURNS
Customers can email us within 30 days after purchase if they wish to return a product that has not been opened, worn, washed or used (i.e. still in original unopened packaging, battery tabs in place, etc.). Once you have received a confirmation response with shipping instructions, proceed with sending the item back at your own expense. Refunds will be processed once the item is received back at the shipping center. Please include order number in all correspondence.
EXCHANGES
Customers can email us within 30 days after purchase if they wish to exchange a product (e.g. different color or size) that has not been opened, worn, washed or used (i.e. still in original, unopened packaging, battery tabs in place, etc.). Once you have received a confirmation response with shipping instructions, proceed with sending the item back at your own expense. The new product will be shipped once the item is received back at the shipping center. Please include order number in all correspondence.
ORDER ISSUES
Damaged/defective items:
Customers should notify us immediately if they receive an item that seems damaged or defective upon arrival. If possible, please include photos or a video to demonstrate the issue. We will review the issue and work out a solution. Please include order number in all correspondence.
